Se scegli noi per cambiare le lenti della tua montatura nota che non assumiamo la responsabilità della qualità delle montature che ci invii e non possiamo assumerci la responsabilità per eventuali danni che potrebbero verificarsi durante la sostituzione delle lenti. Il cliente deve inviarci occhiali puliti. Se riceviamo occhiali sporchi, rifiutiamo il servizio di sostituzione delle lenti per occhiali. Il cliente deve essere consapevole che tutti i tipi di montature per occhiali hanno una certa durata che dipende della qualità del materiale utilizzato per la creazione della montatura e come la montatura è stata mantenuta. In caso di danni durante la sostituzione delle lenti, il cliente verrà rimborsato dell’importo pagato per la sostituzione delle lenti mentre la montatura danneggiata gli verrà restituita.
